The release of Samsung’s next flagship phone is just around the corner, but that’s not stopping confidential information from finding its way online.
Manning the frontlines of this info dump is none other than serial leaker Evan Blass, who’s at it again with a post showing new images of what could be our most accurate look at the S9 line so far.
Check out the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ size comparisons:
It also comes in a new color:
As you can see, the main difference between the S9 and its larger brother apart from size comes down to the cameras. The S9 only has a lone lens in its rear while the S9+ boasts a dual camera setup. Samsung also made a few changes to the fingerprint sensor, which is now sitting below the camera with an expanded gap to prevent accidental smudges on the glass.
Aside from these, Blass revealed that the S9 will launch in four colors, along with the occasional
special releases in the future.
An earlier leak last month detailed the S9 having the following features:
-5.8-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display
-12MP rear camera (F1.5 aperture)
-8MP selfie camera
-Super slow-mo video mode
-Water and dust resistance
-Stereo speakers and earphones tuned by AKG
The Samsung S9 line is expected to make its debut during the Mobile World Congress to be held in Barcelona later this month. Here’s a recent hands-on review of an S9 clone from Unbox Therapy:
