Apple has launched a new Instagram account that focuses on posting captivating content promoting their product—particularly their smartphone cameras—through pictures taken using an iPhone.

The account currently only has nearly 300,000 followers—a number which is expected to easily hit the millions once word on it spreads online.

So far, it has nine posts that are composed of photos and videos from Instagram users who took these fascinating shots on their iPhones. The content is basically random, from rainbows to people, nature shots and the cityscape. There’s also a short narration for some of these posts which give us more insight on what was going on in the individual’s mind when they took the shot.

Your Instagram photos can also get featured by adding the #ShotoniPhone hashtag to your posts. Of course, your shots should be taken using an iPhone.

If you’re planning to up your Instagram game then you might as well check out these tips from smartphone master lensman Francis Arvy Barcial-Olarte whose travel photos will definitely leave you mesmerized.
