We have to admit, Nokia has been making quite a push for its pang-masa handset series here in the Philippines. In fact, the Finnish phone maker has just unleashed its 14th Asha locally and, just like the other members of its brood, this one won't make you sing "Billionaire".
Here it is, the Asha 310. Check out the little bugger below.
And here's a short video explaining a few of its capabilities:
Now that you have a bit of an idea of what it can do, let's get down to the innards. Just a fair warning: this ain't a flagship device, so don't expect all those top-notch bells and whistles (e.g. 4G capability, quad-core CPU, big-ass display) to be present.
That being said, the Asha 310 still has nifties that make it an interesting prospect for budget-strapped folks. It boasts a 3-inch touchscreen display, wireless connectivity via 3G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. It also has a 2-megapixel camera for basic camwhoring needs, as well as loads of pre-installed games (40 to be exact). And oh, did we mention it has dual-SIM capabilities, too? Now you know.
As for the SRP, the Asha 301 will sell for P4,650. Expect it to land on your suking Nokia retail shop and gadget stores around the metro starting this weekend.
