After the introduction of the Nokia 6 and rumors of a soon-to-be released Nokia tablet, a new smartphone from the Finnish company has been making its rounds on the internet. First spotted at tech website Geekbench, the new device, which is codenamed "Heart" might very well be Nokia's next project.
Though different from Nokia's latest comeback phone, the rumored handset seems to share the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset with the Nokia 6, which is why the Nokia Heart is being branded as its sibling. If you'll look closely, the specs of Nokia Heart are downgraded versions of Nokia 6's specs:
Other specs include a 5.2-inch HD display with 720p screen resolution, a 12 or 13 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera, 2GB RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. It will run on Android 7.0 Nougat, the same version that runs on Nokia 6.
Apart from the features mentioned, there are no additional details, as usual. Given the details though, we can expect that the Nokia Heart will be a cheaper version of the Nokia 6. Rumors claim it will probably be worth around $170, $80 cheaper than its sibling. As for its release, there's still no clue on whether the handset will be available internationally or will also be exclusive to China just like the Nokia 6.
