Following its initially successful return to the mobile phone market, Nokia might now actually be planning to release a large variation of the tablet sooner than we expected.

According to Nokiapoweruser, the product specifications of Nokia’s gadget lineup were recently displayed at benchmarking site GFXBench.

One of these was a yet to be named device under Nokia that measures a whopping 18.4” with a 2560x1440 resolution touchscreen.

The device also has an Android 7.0 Nougat operating system which was listed as “Android FIH Edition” and runs on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.

Aside from this, it has 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal memory available.

Other notable features include a 12-megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording, a front-facing camera, GPS functions, and a sim card slot.

If this is indeed a tablet device then Nokia might be meaning to make a gamble on the large tablet market niche, where only Samsung has a notable existing product.

In 2015, Nokia released its N1 tablet in a bid to revitalize their brand name along with lagging sales.

Meanwhile, mobile site Neowin noted that Nokia sold out all its Nokia 6 smartphones in just under a minute during its product release last week.

The nostalgic tech company is also reportedly going to unveil a couple of new products including a flagship phone at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona next month.
