'Summoners'—as what League of Legends (LoL) players call themselves—flocked to the World Trade Center last July 30 for the biggest annual affair of the multiplayer online battle arena video game.

The main event of Rampage 2017, organized by Garena Philippines, was the highly anticipated Pro Gaming Series, the first-ever professional esports league that pits the best LoL teams against each other for the honor of representing the country in the premiere regional tournament.

Although the intense matchup between Mineski and eventual champion Team Manila Eagles wasn't the only reason more than 14,000 fans were in attendance. Check out or video coverage below to see all the excitement for yourself.
