The technical specifications of Motorola’s smartphone Z series flagship line have apparently been leaked a month before it gets officially introduced to the public.
A post on a benchmarking site over the weekend revealed info on what was supposedly the Motorola’s Z’s new hardware and software upgrades for 2017, Android Pure reports.
Based on this, the Motorola phone labeled as model XT1650 will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset composed of 8 cores to power it.
It also features 4 GB of RAM with customers expecting a higher end model with additional memory capacity.
Aside from this, the XT1650 will be pre-installed with 7.1.1 Nougat which is the latest android software. These are currently all the information on Motorola’s phone while its pricing and a release date are still TBA.
Motorola will be holding a major press briefing before the Mobile World Congress 2017 on February 26. During the event, Motorola is expected to reveal a variety of new smartphones made for this year.
There are two variants under the Motorola Z model but the current specs of the XT1650 lean towards it being the flagship version.
