It's been a damn good week for smartphone-lovin' peeps here in the Philippines. Yesterday, we witnessed the local arrival of BlackBerry's new gem, the Z10. Now, we're happy to announce the arrival of another handset that has all the bells and whistles to keep you, well, whistling as if a hottie just passed by you. Introducing the Optimus G, LG's new quad-core bad boy. Check it out thru the nifty vid below:
The Optimus G boasts top-notch specs that we'd expect from a premium device. For starters, it has a 1.5GHz quad-core processor—something only the elites in the smartphone wars have—that's partnered with a healthy 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 320 GPU for better overall graphics performance. Internal storage tops out at 32GB, more than enough for your apps, games, and multimedia files.
If you're looking for great visuals, the Optimus G can also give those to you, thanks to its 4.7-inch True HD touchscreen (1280x768) with IPS for more viewing angles. The display also has what is called the Zerogap Touch feature which helps lessen reflections for sharper visibility.
