Folks, we'd like to introduce to you the all-new Sony Xperia ZR, another durable gadget that has earned itself a place in our list of tech toys that ain't afraid to get wet. Check it out below.
As you can see, you can take this Android bad boy underwater without fear of it going kaput. And, compared to other devices that are advertised as water-resistant (gadgets that can withstand getting a bit of liquid on their exterior), this one is truly waterproof which basically means it can take bigger hits than mere splashes or a few droplets. Heck, it can last for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5 meters (around 5 feet)!
But it's one thing to survive underwater, and another to actually work while being submerged. The Xperia ZR can do both, sort of at least. Thanks to a dedicated camera button, you can take photos or videos with it even if you're, say diving to get that elusive one peso coin to impress the chicks at a local pool. And that's in HD! Nifty!
Another pogi point: the Xperia ZR's dust-resistant, too!
