Gamers everywhere in the world are openly anticipating July 27, 2010 as the biggest day in PC gaming history.[firstpara]
Nostalgic computer memories of the 90s will prosper once again with the release of the much anticipated sequel to 1998’s StarCraft and StarCraft: Brood War.
Two expansion packs of the game will follow StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty, namely Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void.
Wings of Liberty takes place 4 years after the events of Brood War, where the Zerg forces have overpowered both the Terran Dominion and the Protoss home world of Aiur.
Players may still choose from all 3 races: Terran, Protoss, and Zerg. They can play PVP style or on multiplayer mode.
StarCraft 2 remains very much loyal to its predecessor – from the game’s heavy storyline to its easy-to-digest animation schemes and remarkable voice-over sequences.
