If it's any consolation, you can just forget for a moment that Apple decided to kill the headphone jack on their iPhone 7 and 7 Plus handsets, because Nintendo has finally announced full details on the release of Super Mario Run, the first ever Mario game to be featured in an Apple device.

Nintendo announced their partnership with Apple during the tech giants keynote event last September.

Now, you might want to consider buying yourself this new iPhone game so you could focus on something during the holidays. But if you're still not sure whether you should get it or not, you might want to take a look at all the details Nintendo released about the game:

1) Who will get it?

For now, the game can be played on iOS and downloaded exclusively by iPhone and iPad users. 4) What would the gameplay be like?

In Apple's keynote event last September, Nintendo CEO Shigeru Miyamoto demonstrated to the public that Super Mario Run can be played just like any other games found in touchscreen phones. In our opinion, the game is similar to Flappy Bird, where you just have to tap the screen to make the plumber jump and get coins. There are also two ways to play this game, a single and multiplayer mode. The single player mode is called World Tour. Basically, you just have to run into as many coins as possible before you run out of time.

The multiplayer mode is named Toad Rally, where you can challenge other players who are online. You have to battle with someone through a race, collecting toads along the way. The player with the most number of Toads wins.
