At present, Nickelodeon is the home of Spongebob Squarepants, iCarly, and Dora the Explorer, among many others.

These shows are classics in their own right and kids love them, given, but we mean no insolence when we say that Nick shows from the 90s are some of the greatest works of genius we've ever seen as kids. And we know we ain't alone on this one.

This is why we are ecstatic to find out that TeenNick will be bringing back these old faves in their programming block that will be called The 90s Are All That, which will air from 12 midnight to 2am, justjared.buzznet.com reports.

Nostalgia nights will take place midnights, with shows such All That, Kenan and Kel, Rugrats, Clarissa Explains It All, The Amanda Show, and Pete and Pete coming back to television within the next few months.

Nickelodeon has its own channel in Asia, and it is yet to be confirmed on whether theyll incorporate these shows on their broadcast schedule, so here's to hoping they do.

For the meantime though, apart from the shows mentioned above, here are five other Nick shows that we wish would make a comeback to mainstream television:

Are You Afraid of the Dark?
It's a mix of joy and fright, watching The Midnight Society unveil their stories in front of a bonfire under the full moon. A horror tale ensues, ending in a pleasant way but also tragic at times. Gary would then close the meeting by throwing a red bucket of water into the fire, and everyone runs home. Pinoys watched this series both in ABS-CBN and Studio 23 back in the 90s.

Figure It Out
We all love Summer Sanders, host of the short-lived children's game show Figure It Out and before that, a slew of sports programs. Child stars from Nickelodeon shows, accompanied by a celebrity guest star, comprise a panel that attempts to guess the contestant's talent ala-Pinoy Henyo. Failure to do so in every round results to slime action, which Nick is very famous for.

Next: A show about that Australian kangaroo
