The Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) has declared its whole Quezon City campus safe following a bomb scare that forced the academic institution to cancel classes and conduct a massive evacuation of their students and faculty members.

In an update on their Facebook page, ADMU listed instructions to the Ateneo community on how to proceed after classes and programs in the campus were disrupted.

The bomb threat was received around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, prompting management to declare the cancelation of work and classes on all levels.

The incident was also immediately reported to authorities which was followed by an organized evacuation.

Nine bomb squads from the Quezon City Explosive Ordnance Disposal Division swept the campus grounds twice but saw no explosive devices during their search.

Work and classes at the ADMU will resume on all levels tomorrow, March 29.
