Thanks to our Muslim brothers, we got to enjoy a prolonged weekend in celebration of the Muslim holiday, Eid al-Adha. For many of us, it meant not having to go to work on a Monday, and instead spending the otherwise dreadful day just eating, sleeping, and watching TV as the rain poured.

Of course, the world didn’t stop as we transformed into lounge lizards. Here to recap some of the oddest, strangest, and most hair-raising headlines is FHM's Best Of The Weekend, starring a PNP Chief’s “not-a-mansion” crib, an Australian chef that went cannibal, a porn film gone wrong, and more!

Eat Bulaga’s FHHM has crowned a winner

Heard about Eat Bulaga’s plus-sized FHHM competition, lately? The contest, a play on FHM’s name, looked for ladies that were confident enough to display sexiness in spite of their voluptuousness. The searched finally crowned a winner last Saturday in Lianna Kuzma, a plus-sized beauty from Angeles, Pampanga. She received P150,000 in cash, P200,000 in jewelry and a brand new car from Chery.

2)   THE APOCALYPSE COMETH: "Ebola victim" wakes up in body bag

The Ebola outbreak continues in Africa. Here's the latest on this deadly disease: During a routine body pick-up by the country’s Ebola squad recently, a seemingly dead Ebola-afflicted man allegedly suddenly wakes up. When we clicked on the link on Facebook, we thought we were looking at video evidence of Ebola being a version of the zombie virus. Unfortunately, it was merely another look at the grim state of health affairs in Africa’s Liberia.

3)   HULI CAM: Pinoy pimps wife to foreigner for porn movie

A Filipino man sells the right to have sex with his wife to a foreigner for the grand sum of P30,000. The case of human trafficking was an attempt to shoot a porno film. Too bad for the couple, said to be call-center agents, the NBI got wind of their racket, and turned the lights off on this show before anything happened. The couple now faces human trafficking charges said to come with fines of up to P5 million.
