Manny Pacquiao's well-respected trainer Freddie Roach got kicked in the chest earlier today by former Team Pacquiao (and now Brandon Rios') conditioning coach Alex Ariza. The altercation happened at the boxing gym in the Venetian Hotel in Macau at about 11 a.m., when Roach attempted to get Rios's camp to leave the gym.

Rios's camp was scheduled to train from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. When Roach arrived to set up for his own training session with his fighter, which was scheduled at 11 a.m., he requested the other team to leave the grounds.

Unfortunately, Roach's request eventually turned into a command that not many sit well with: "Get the fuck out of here." From there, the request became an all-out altercation that involved racial slurs, grade-A mockery, and schoolyard-style bitching.

Also, a devastating kick to Roach's 50-year-old chest area was delivered by Alex Ariza—probably as some sort of personal payback for having been kicked out by Roach from Team Pacquiao after our Pambansang Kamao got knocked out by Marquez last year. In any case, you can see incident transpire at 0:13 mark of the video below courtest of boxing site www.SecondsOut.com. Also, check out SPIN.PH's reports on the scuffle and Brandon Rios' take on this whole thing.

Here's another angle of the fight we found on news site Rappler's YouTube account:

What do you think, fellas? Was it a real fight triggered by Roach's nervousness as Rios's trainer Garcia said it was? Or a Bob Arum publicity stunt? You decide. Or better yet, let the fight on Sunday decide!
