It's V-Day weekend, everyone. There's no better way to celebrate it than spending it with your significant other. Except you don't have one. How sad.

So we've compiled a list of things you can do to make you happy. Check them out below!


1) Blind Date

WHERE: Unit 27 Bar + Café, BGC

WHAT’S UP: Monster Radio has organized a party for the singles dubbed "Blind Date." If you've recently gotten out of a long relationship or have lost confidence in yourself, this event can encourage you to get back into the dating game. Who knows? This might be where you'll find your forever.


2) Bad Blood Valentine

WHEN: February 13

WHERE: Club Haze, BGC

WHAT’S UP: Dance with a sea of single ladies to the beat of DJ Ian Sanderz and DJ John Sedano. The event also has unlimited Jack Daniel's, Jose Cuervo, Absolute, and Bacardi from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Entrance is P1,000.

WHERE: Power Mac Center Spotlight, Circuit Makati

WHAT’S UP: On the Wings of Love actor and spoken word poet Juan Miguel Severo will deliver pieces about love, heartache, and aloneness this Valentine's Day. Expect a lot of hugot!


4) Pyro Manila: The Official After Party of the 7th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition

WHEN: February 13, 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: SM By The Bay

WHAT’S UP: Watch the fireworks display by award-winning pyrotechnicians from across the globe. After enjoying the light show, head on to Pyro Manila at SM By The Bay to experience the best beats from DJ Kat De Jesus, Ace Ramos, and Lucio Pua.

MFest Motorsport Festival

WHEN: February 13

WHERE: Clark International Airport

WHAT'S UP: If you love fast cars, then you shouldn't miss this year's MFest. There will be a grand auto show exhibiting only the best of the best in the automotive scene. There will also be a drag race, drift exhibition, and other incredible activities for car enthusiasts. General admission is P100.


6) In Case You Come Back and Candy #Feels book launch

WHEN: February 14, 4:00 p.m.

WHERE: Eastwood Central Plaza

WHAT'S UP: A special performance by Reese Lansangan will be followed by a book signing by Marla Miniano, Regina Belmonte, Abby Orbeta, Roch Lazarte, BP Valenzuela, Chinggay Labrador, and illustrator Jamie Catt. See you there!
