The reigning NBA champions are slated to host Filipino Heritage Night on Saturday, November 14, against the Brooklyn Nets at the Oracle Arena.
Aside from the fact that part of the proceeds from event tickets will benefit local Filipino organizations throughout the Bay Area, the Warriors will also be donning special edition Filipino Heritage Night shooting shirts, like the one below, before the game.

The commemorative shirt will be available at the Warriors Team Store website and inside the arena, wherein a photo opportunity with the Larry O'Brien NBA Championship Trophy, culture performances and Filipino food trucks will make an appearance.
Pinoys were obviously elated about the tribute:
'Wag mo nang batiin, 'tol!
Unfortunately, tickets for the Filipino Heritage Night are reportedly almost sold out, but don't worry—tix for a second one on March 25 next year, against the Dallas Mavericks, are already available for purchase.
Recall that Steph visited the country a couple of months ago, and was warmly welcomed by his burgeoning Pinoy following. The Warriors, meanwhile, are off to a red-hot start this NBA season at 9-0, and as much as their international fanbase has grown, a few more Filipinos will surely be rooting for them after this simple homage.
