The other day, we told you about Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte's latest act of badassery. The tough-as-nails politician appeared on Davao-based television program Gikan Sa Masa, Para Sa Masa and speculated on the things he would do if ever he wins the upcoming 2016 Presidential Elections.
The Punisher didn't sugarcoat his words while discussing his plans, warning wrong-doers that he intends to put them in the bottom of the Manila Bay. He also confirmed his alleged connection to the infamous Davao Death Squad (DDS). Duterte then went a step further, challenging the New York-based human right organization Human Rights Watch to sue him in court for the extra-judicial killings attributed to the DDS.
