Who else here has received a text message or 10 from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) telling you to keep safe and stay dry in the rain?

Tropical Storm "Salome" hit the metro late yesterday, which left many stranded due to the ridiculous surge rates. On Friday, Public Storm Warning Signal #2 (winds of 61-120 kph) led to the suspension of classes in Metro Manila and other affected parts of the country.

In times like this, the NDRRMC takes care of information dissemination by updating the public on the weather and which critical areas are affected by a typhoon. But in this particular situation, the disaster agency may have been too worried about its constituents.

Whoa, didn't expect that

Companionship agency?

On rainfall and being pa-fall

Easy with the hugot

Concerned, clingy, or creepy?

'I gotchu, fam!'

Unli promo?

Then don't play hard to get

Taking it to another level

Just when you were thinking of 'loyalty'
