Do you think you have what it takes to be a hotshot commercial director? Or perhaps you have mad graphic design skills that'll blow the minds of just about everyone? Shall we test them out?
All rebel designers and art visionaries are invited to show off their creative streak and visual genius in "Show Off," Pony Footwear’s digital film and poster art competition. Each contestant is expected to interpret Pony Footwear’s tagline “Let’s Get It On” by way of a short narrative and then topping it off with their expertise in imagery and digital design.
Pony offers two competitions: first, the Digi-Film contest, in which participants are encourage to submit an original 60-seconder short video that’ll highlight Pony’s tagline in the most kick-ass way possible.
And second: the Digital Art Poster contest where participants are expected to produce an original layout comprising of an original titled photo, a short narrative describing the concept and a clearly visible image of Pony Footwear to complete the entry. Contestants are allowed to submit more than one entry.
The “Show Off” contest will run until October 15, 2011. Entries will be judged on concept and story (50%), visual impact (30%) and the number of online votes (20%). The prizes that awaits each winner of the Digi-Film and Digital Art Poster categories are: First prize - P40,000 cash plus P10,000 worth of Pony shoes; Second prize - P20,000 cash and P5,000 worth of Pony shoes; and Third price - P10,000 cash and P5,000 worth of Pony shoes.
