We love The Amazing Race franchise not only for its fair share of scorching hot contestants, including Paula Taylor, and FHM cover girls Aubrey Miles, and Jacq Yu, but also for being the kick-ass global phenomenon that it is. [firstpara]
The Amazing Race has become so popular that no matter how many times done, still provides the same rush and drama we’ve been getting since the first season.
The show has been reincarnated in more ways than one, and thank heavens the Asian edition, now on its 4th season, has continued to amuse us.
The Amazing Race Asia, billed as the toughest race ever, promises to be more exciting and intense than ever. The challenges will reportedly bring the contestants in the most off-beat tracks and the most exotic spots ever imagined.
As with the past seasons, competing teams can have the opportunity to take home several pit-stop prizes and the grand prize of US$100,000. It’s a really hefty race once you take into account the rewards waiting for the contestants, but winning this thing requires a hefty amount of will and determination as well.
If you think you have enough will and determination, as well as kapal ng mukha, why not register for the race? Registration race is now ongoing, until March 22, 2010. Applicants must submit their applications in teams of two, and you must be living and/or working in Asia. Applicants can read all the details and requirements at www.axn-asia.com/tara.
Now go out there and grab Asia’s golden ticket with a partner, preferably one who will complement you well. Or maybe you could simply grab someone who you know CAN and WILL save your ass big time.
Oh, and whoever the chosen Pinoy representatives would be, we here at FHM will back you up all the way. Let’s just wish there are no more scorching hot contestants this season. Wait, read that again but skip the word “no”. Yes?
