The most bad-ass tattoo artists come together for a festival of ink, art, and everything in between at Dutdutan 2009. The 2-day tattoo exposition happens at A. Venue Events Hall in Makati City, and runs from September 18 to 19, 2009. The event isn’t only for fans of body art. Even if your don't have an inch of ink but are damn curious about those who do, you’re welcome to take a look at the best of skin artistry in the Philippines. Admission fee is 250 pesos. Event starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM.
