Cut.com's web series, 100 Years Of Beauty, impresses us by taking us back in time and showing how standards in appearances evolve through the decades. Their latest installment involves "americana"-style tattoos, and how the popular tattoo aesthetic has changed through the years.
Now, they don't just show us pictures oh how the art style has evolved. They actually get a woman, Casey Lubin from Ohio, to get inked—eleven times in just a week—to get a tattoo from each decade. Sounds painful? Yes, and it's even more painful when you see it for yourself:
Amazing how she's never had a tattoo before this crazy experiment!
(FYI: Cut's currently looking for a guy who is willing to do the same. If you've always wanted to get a tattoo, have the money to fly abroad, and want to be famous in no time, now is your chance!)
