Gigs galore
Over at Route 196, Terno Night happens on June 18. On the following night, June 19, it’s a gig brought to you by OdysseyLive.

Over at Saguijo, Kerplunk! Productions invade the scene on June 18.

On the following night, it’s another Terno Night featuring Up Dharma Down, And Bandang Shirley, Sleepwalk Circus, Musical O, Not Another Boy Band, Encounters with a Yeti, The Charmes and Radioactive Sago Project.


Partey fever!
Kamikaze Fridays happens over at Izakaya Sake Bar in Greenbelt 2 featureing hiphop, mash-up and electro beats. P250 gets you a cool bucket of beer while for non-beer drinkers there will be 30 percent off selected bottles from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.


On the next night, Supreme Saturdays on the other hand is our party of choice. It happens at Manor Superclub in Eastwood and will be featuring DJs Ace Ramos, Slick Jay and Reggie with MC Boo  


For a different kind of party, check out hipster hangout B-Side located at The Collective, 7274 Malugay St., San Antonio, Makati on June 19.

Red-i Sounds and 32Bar Productions will be presenting Dubplate Manila with DJ Nobody from Los Angeles on that night. Limited pre-sale tickets sold at B-Side: P200. Day of the event entrance fee: P300, inclusive of one drink


Toy Con 2010
Kids, kids-at-heart, and hardcore toy collectors should come to the The 9th Philippine Toys, Hobbies and Collectibles Convention 2010 on June 19 and 20, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the SM Megatrade Hall 2 and 3.

A smorgasbord of the most awesome toys will be featured in the event, proving that cars aren’t the only toys for big boys.


Futbol: Football Film Cycle at Instituto Cervantes
The football film fest continues this week at Instituto Cervantes located at 855 T.M. Kalaw St., Ermita, Manila on June 19.

This week’s film is Hannes Stöhr’s Galatasaray Dépor (One Day in Europe) which is a comedy about things that get lost in translation brought about by intercultural and language barriers.


Rock and Run
Running is the new rock and roll it seems as Rock and Run combines a running event and a concert in one. It happens at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on June 19.

Featuring The Dawn, Kjwan, Taken By Cars, Brigada, Techyromantics and Coffee Break Island, the concert is charity event with proceeds going to Republikha Inc., which is “a non-government organization dedicated to producing educational children’s music, and the community development projects of JCI Manila.”

Pole Dance Championship at Divino Makati
