Tower of Doom Productions "MONSTER MASH" Halloween Ball Costume Party happens on October 22.
It is a costume party featuring the music of COG, Sin, Boy Elroy, Imbue No Kudos, April Morning Skies, Arcadia, Bloodshedd, Valley of Chrome and Intolerant.
On the next night, October 23, it’s going to be just as good with a Treehouse Production gig featuring Mayonnaise, Pitik, Banat boys, Barlos Castano, Halibas, Circa and the Naked Lights.
Over at Suite 229, LRI Design Plaza N. Garcia St., Bel-Air 2, Makati City, Heima launches its new collection of funky furniture at an event called From Heima, With Love the Collection 2.0 Launch Party.
The event happens on October 23, 6 p.m, and will be featuring an exciting roster of indie bands including Us-2 Evil-0, Swissy, Outerhope, Hannah+Gabi, Modulogeek, Lost Year, Walkie Talkies, The Gentle Isolation, Your Imaginary Friends, Wallflowerparty, Stolen Kisses, and the Heima Team.
Over at Makati, the Tempestuous Jones will be playing at Handlebar Bar and Grill on October 22. On that same night, Soniclogo.TV will be at Saguijo featuring Lampara, Lip Service, Mammals, Paranoid City, Third Time Charm, Torch, Wilderness. It’s a Revolver Productions on the next night at Saguijo, with December Avenue, The Kindly Ones, Taken By Cars, Tanya Markova, Techy Romantics, and Turbo Goth.
Last but not the least we have San Mig Pub at Alabang Town Center in Muntinlupa where Terno Night happens on October 23. The show will be featuring Up Dharma Down, The Charmes, and Not Another Boyband—definitely a roster that’s worth watching.
9th Italian Film Festival
We’ve had silent film festivals, Spanish films, Kurosawa films. This time, it’s the Italians bringing their stuff as the 9th Italian Film Festival happens at Shang Cineplex Cinema 4, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, EDSA-Madaluyong.
Brought to you be the Philippine-Italian Association, and Ambasciata D’ Italia Manila (Embassy of Italy in Manila), the 6-day film fest promises to bring the best of contemporary Italian films. The festival will be running from October 20 to 26, 2010.
