For the third time in FHM history, the Sexiest Woman in the Land is from ABS-CBN. Actresses Angel Locsin and Cristine Reyes, who both got their start with GMA, were already with ABS when they won as Nation's Finest (in 2010 and 2009, respectively).
Jodi Sta. Maria
Jodi started out as a member of Star Magic, ABS-CBN's talent training and management arm, at the age of 15. She appeared in a few television series such as Gimik, Flames, and Jologs before landing her breakthrough role, as tomboy Georgina in Tabing Ilog. Since then, she has starred in several projects with ABS-CBN, including the hit morning soap opera Be Careful With My Heart.
She first made waves as part of the "Fab Five" batch of the Ateneo Lady Eagles, where she was team captain from 2012 to 2013. Now she is one of the hosts of Umagang Kay Ganda, Modern Girls, and Mornings at ANC.
Unlike other celebrities who waited years to finally have their break, Shaina was seven when she nabbed the lead role in the TV series Lyra. She also became part of Ang TV and starred in an afternoon drama series Marinella along with Camille Prats. She received various Best Child Actress awards for her role in Tanging Yaman. Now 26, she regularly appears on ASAP, and recently wrapped up another primetime telenovela, The Story Of Us with Kim Chiu and Xian Lim.

Though this year's Nation's Finest didn't come from GMA, several Kapuso ladies made it to the list.
The half Filipina-half Italian actress was first seen in Grazilda where she portrayed the role of Cinderella. She also appeared in the movie Si Agimat at Si Enteng Kabisote and TV series such as Alakdana, Machete, Briteria, and My Beloved. She accomplished all these while also being a cast member of comedy show Bubble Gang.
Mrs. Chiz Escudero was discovered by a TV commercial agent. She then signed up with ABS-CBN's Star Magic and became part of Star Circle Batch 9 in 2000. In 2009, Heart made the big switch as Kapuso from Kapamilya, and now stars in rom-com series Juan Happy Love Story with Dennis Trillo.
Louise Delos Reyes
Louise was seven years old when she started her acting career on Ang TV 2. She switched to GMA in early 2004, where she got her biggest break when she got cast in Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts. That stint led to her first lead role, as Adana in Alakdana.
The FHM 100 Sexiest frontrunners from GMA are FHM July 2016 cover girl Rhian Ramos (#5) and three-time Sexiest Woman Marian Rivera (#6). Twenty-three other Kapuso stars also won in this year's campaign.

Although only eight women from TV5 made it to the final cut, these girls managed to outrank several big names from other networks. The Kapatid roster includes:
The Brazalian actress is best known as one of the hosts of noontime show Eat Bulaga!, but she decided to leave in 2012 to focus on her acting career. She has appeared in TV5 shows My Darling Aswang, Paparazzi, Iskul Bukol, and Lokomoko.
The younger sister of Anne Curtis first got noticed when she visited the set of noontime show It's Showtime. In 2011, she signed a contract with the Kapatid network. It didn't take long before she became the network's Primetime Princess.
The 46-year-old actress has been in the industry since 1986; but it was only in 2013 when our paths officially crossed. After appearing in a red two-piece bikini in TV5 drama series For Love Or Money, we asked the ageless beauty if she'd be interested in appearing in her first men's magazine cover. She said yes. Since then, Ms. Alice has become the poster woman for staying (and looking) young at heart.
