We all know that the Big Mac is McDonald's most majestic burger, what you might not know though is that, with the right tools and a bit of kitchen skills, you can actually transform it into a sushi roll!
Japanese sushi chef Hiroyuki Terada shows us how it's done in a recent YouTube episode of Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef. And, as you'll see from the GIF preview below, it involves a bit of rolling and slicing up (which is to be expected, given how sushi is normally made).
Chef Hiroyuki also added avocado and spicy mayo to his creation because, why the hell not?
Here's the video of the whole procedure (if ever you want to give it a go as well). It's over 14 minutes long so if you're in a hurry, you can skip to the 3:30 mark for the main course.
So the bun acts as the rice while the beef patty is the fish meat. Makes sense!
Now how about a Jollibee Champ sushi roll?
