The anti-hero ensemble didn't disappoint to disappoint, despite boasting a talented crew (director and writer David Ayer, executive producer Zack Snyder) and an all-star cast (Will Smith, Margot Robbie, etc.). Maybe Jared Leto should've given the creators a nudge instead of sending everyone Joker-themed gifts...
To be juxtaposed to pre-Deadpool Ryan Reynolds' The Green Lantern (2011) and post-Jessica Alba Fantastic Four (2015) is one thing, to be called worse than those box-office bombs is another. Luckily, the Squad has done enough interviews about the movie that might just be more entertaining than what they were promoting in the first place.
Case in point: This excerpt from Belgium's Het Laatste Nieuws entertainment reporter Kristien Morato's interview with Margot (who plays Harley Quinn), Karen Fukuhara (Katana), and Cara Delevingne (Enchantress). Just when the interview was about the end, Cara decided to show off her skills as a "nipple detector" (if there's even such a thing) at the expense of her co-stars and even Kristien herself.
Quite a talent you've got there, Cara.
Apparently, the "areol-ic" subject had been brought up repeatedly during the whole conversation. Check it out:
