So, you want to learn how to twist and bend your body? Increasing flexibility takes time and hard work, and like all exercises, you need to train for it. Contortion is really just extreme stretching, so you have to do a lot of it. It helps if you are already flexible in some way, but it is still possible to become a contortionist without being a human rubber band.
Keep in mind though, that some bods are more flexible than others, so be patient with your muscles as well.
