What's better than a basket of chicken and a case of beer?
Nilasing na manok, that is.
Gone are the days when you have to consume simultaneously chicken and beer to create that indescribable flavor explosion in the mouth. These days, almost everything can be mixed with beer—from meat and shrimps, to even bread and rice.
And because cooking with beer usually requires a frying pan or grill, one doesn't necessarily need exquisite kitchen skills to pull these "recipes" off. Just dip (in beer), dip (in batter), dip (longer in oil), and voila! Pulutan and toma in one!
This week in #FHMFoodFriday, we revisit a favorite baon idea, and add a rather inebriating twist. These aren't the same chicken lollies mom used to pack for you in elementary.
