Enough sleep is the key to a good night’s shut-eye (duh!). The easiest way to attain that would be by hitting the sack seven to nine hours before your alarm is set to ring, and do your best to stick to that schedule. Remember, early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, happy, and wise!
PREPARE YOUR STUFF THE NIGHT BEFORE

Avoid getting ngarag early in the day by preparing for your morning routine the night before. Lay out your outfit, fix your baon, and prep the coffeemaker before you crash in bed after a long day—you’ll be amazed at how easier your morning could be when you’re not stressing out about which shirt to wear to school/work.
NO GADGETS IN BED

If you’re fond of watching TV before your bedtime, make sure the TV’s already off before you start snoozing. And while you’re at it, you might as well also ditch that habit of sleeping with your phone, tablet or, worse, your laptop, tucked in bed beside you. Studies have shown that exposure to your gadgets’ screens can suppress melatonin, the chemical that makes your body fall asleep. Science has spoken; you better listen.
MAKE YOUR ALARM SUPER ANNOYING

Go the extra mile to make sure your clock or phone does its job tomorrow morning: Place it far from your bed (so you won’t accidentally roll over it and make it shut up) and set the volume loud enough to wake up the whole house. The thought of your grumpy neighbor lodging a noise pollution complaint should force you out of bed in a jiffy!
SET YOUR ALARM BEFORE YOUR ACTUAL WAKE-UP TIME
Are you the type of person who hits the snooze button five times before getting out of bed? Then set your alarm a few minutes before you really have to get up. That should make your “last five minutes” in bed guilt-free.

Or, better yet, stop hitting the snooze button entirely. The few minutes of shut-eye you get while snoozing isn’t the kind of deep sleep you want to have—most of the time, you’re simply lying in bed with your eyes closed, dreading the next time your alarm will ring. Basically, it’s a waste of time.

There are times when it takes a superhuman amount of effort to get out of bed, like when it’s extra cold in the room or when there’s a hot girl under the sheets with you. Our advice: Fight off that kryptonite!
