From models to bloggers, these irresistible ladies are bound to keep you glued to IG and will have you double-tapping with abandon on their beach pictures and gym selfies.

Get to know them some more, gentlemen, as we welcome today’s FHM Must-Follow Monday.

If you’ve been a reader of the brand’s print issues and a loyal follower of FHM.com.ph, you’ll know that today’s FHM Must-Follow Monday is an absolute favorite—and we’re proud to say, one of our best recent discoveries.

Maria Daniella Hake, popularly known online as the feisty Ella.Killa, is a familiar face for the gentlemn of FHM Nation. She was already featured several times in some of our magazine editorials and was even one of our Only On The Web ladies last year.

Prior to being an FHM model, Ella was already making waves in the world of Instagram. As of writing, the British-Filipina model has over 49K followers on the photo-sharing app—a feat that is commendable for someone whose success is self- (and Instagram-) made.

“There’s nothing impossible when you believe in your dreams,” Ella says. “I remember when the magazine came out (her first FHM appearance, February 2017), I went to 7-Eleven running and asking all their staff if they had the issue. When I paid for it, I ripped out the plastic immediately. I was so happy. I think people thought I was a psycho. Ha ha!”

According to her, it has always been her dream to become a model, particularly, to be featured in FHM. “I always used to see FHM magazines around the house when I was young and I always looked at them. I’ve always thought that the girls were are all so pretty, so I told myself that I’m going to see myself in that magazine one day,” she recalls. “So when FHM contacted me, I was so happy, but at the same time I was kind of nervous because it’s a big thing for me.”

Ella sure has come a long way since we first featured her. Now, she's fast becoming one of the most popular Instagram models in the country. She’s also gaining a lot of followers for being a fitness inspiration for all the ladies out there.

“So far, the highest point of me being an Instagram influencer is that I get to inspire people,” she shares. “I always talk to so many of my followers about my diet and about my workout and I love helping them.”

What do you think is the most common misconception about you?

People say that I look like a snob, especially because of what I upload online. But I swear, once you get to know me, I’m nice!

We know that prior to your stints with FHM, you were already modeling. So how exactly did you get into the industry?

I actually started when I was 3 for New Zealand milk brand. I stopped because my mom wanted me to focus on my studies. I decided to join the modeling industry again when I turned 15 to continue my dad’s legacy. He’s a true inspiration for me. He worked for Kuya Germs before in That’s Entertainment.

It may seem like being Instagram famous is all glitz and glam, but in all honesty, what do you think has been the hardest thing about being IG famous?

Everything is not what it seems. People might think I share everything online but honestly no, so for people to say that they know me because they follow me on social media is kind of low. Again, I’m really nice in person and not a snob like what you might think. Ha ha!

What’s your advice for anyone thinking about making it big on Instagram like you?

Just do whatever makes you happy! Be confident in what you have and don’t forget to have fun with it!

Who’s inspired you?

There are a lot of Instagram models I follow, but for me, Alexis Ren is my biggest inspiration.

What’s your secret in taking the perfect Instagram photo?

Perfect lighting, of course! And one selfie is not enough so take 50 or more! Ha ha!

How do you unwind after a long day at work or traveling?

I love having alone time, just staring at the ocean and drinking coffee.

Any travel hacks you swear by?

Always put tape on shampoo bottles and other bottled products!

Any advice for our guy readers?

I’ll keep it short and simple: Please don’t be a fuckboy! Ha ha!

So what can we expect from Ella.Killa in the future?

Right now, I really want to find my passion. Someday, hopefully, I’ll be an interior designer or a businesswoman. Who knows?!
