For some weird yet funny reason, a previous ad campaign of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) about the Anti-Camcording Act has gone viral over the past few weeks.
It all started when the Facebook page Janjan Comics seemingly pointed out the ridiculousness of one particular scene from the infomercial through a series of comic strips.
A few days later, Ateneo De Manila University students parodied the video, only instead of piracy, their public service announcement centered on the Anti-Littering Law.
Amid the amusement, other creative minds online noticed another meme-worthy moment from the ad, and poked fun at Derek's absurd confrontation sequence. Facebook page Y&R Philippines made sure it didn't miss out.

We're asking ourselves, too: why didn't he just slap the cuffs on that damned illegal camcorder?!
