Meet Kriesha Tiu.
This Pinay-American cutie, who hails from Cebu City, joined South Korean talent show K-Pop Star 6: The Last Chance on November 2016.
For her audition, she sang “I Don’t Love You” by Urban Zakapa and left judges cheering in amazement with her incredible vocals.
The 18-year-old also showed off her superb dancing skills—she set the dance floor ablaze to Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend”.
Choo, as what judges fondly call her, was scouted by an agency named Urban Works Entertainment while she was in San Francisco, California. She then flew to South Korea and went to a Korean Institute to learn their language.
Though she only ended the competition in second place with trainee group KWINs in the finals, Choo is about to be launched as a solo artist in May.
“She has been hard at work training and recently completed her profile photo shoot. She has been preparing since before K-Pop Star 6, but her debut got delayed due to the program,” reports Soompi.com.
Yes, this one’s just too cute to miss.
