We haven’t been shy in showing our love for 2013’s most beloved robots, Daft Punk. The electronic French duo released their fourth studio album, Random Access Memories, last May, which has since gone on to become one of the definitive records of 2013 and spawned the great summer theme, “Get Lucky.”

For their work, the duo, as reported by, has been nominated for five Grammy Awards including Best Non-Classical Engineered Album, Album of the Year, and Best Dance/Electronica Album for Random Access Memories, and Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group performance for "Get Lucky." All these in spite of the eclectic pair never touring to support the record.

That last bit of not performing live though is about to change as it has also been announced that the band will be playing at this year’s Grammy Awards. The set will be their first live performance since they also took to the Grammy stage back in 2008 with Kanye West. While West is currently not on the slate of performers, Daft Punk will have other collaborators performing with them including Stevie Wonder, Pharell, and Nile Rodgers.

Just hearing those names make us want to dance, and if you’ve also been listening to this French duo, you know exactly what we mean. The TV performance is sure to be a hit because of the sheer rarity of their live sets, so we’ll be sure to tune in come January 26, the night of the awards.

To celebrate the occasion, we scour YouTube to find videos that confirm the powerless-ness of people to not dance to Daft Punk tunes. Check them out below!

The hyperkinetic performance features suits inspired by the movie Tron, which was scored by Daft Punk. It’s trippy, creative, and must have been spellbinding to see live.

2) Daft bodies twist and turn to “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger”

Uploaded in the growing up days of YouTube, the video is known for its ultra-creative way of rethinking the concept of videoke. These girls placed the words right onto their bodies and twist gracefully, as if singing along to the tune.

3) “Lose Yourself To Dance” makes people from the '70s show, Soul Train, dance.
