A week from now, Orange & Lemons will present a self-curated and produced celebration of music called the Moonlane Festival. Composed of Clem Castro, Ace del Mundo, and JM del Mundo, the iconic Pinoy band stages the grandest event of its OPM return after a decade-long hiatus at the Century City Mall Event Space on August 4, from 3 p.m. onwards.

This isn't your ordinary gig, though. A full-length performance from our February Heroes is just the tip of the iceberg, and FHM is here to prepare showgoers to have the time of their lives in this one-of-a-kind audio-visual mini-fair.

Music festival

Aside from O&L, Moonlane Festival's lineup is nothing short of star-studded: Pupil, The Itchyworms, Sandwich, Join The Club, The Camerawalls, Ang Bandang Shirley, Autotelic, Oh, Flamingo!, Munimuni, We Are Imaginary, Meagan Trees, Blind Stereo Moon, BennyBunnyBand, and Takethestage (US).

Clem even created a special Spotify playlist featuring singles from the artists, which you can access here, for the ultimate live music experience.

Album launch

The event will also serve as the grand launch of the re-issue of the band's debut album titled, Love in the Land of Rubber Shoes & Dirty Ice Cream (15th Anniversary Edition). Two bonus tracks ("If I Could Speak My Mind," "Lovers Come Lovers Go") were also added to the fresh recordings of the ten original songs from the timeless compilation.

Photo exhibit

Moonlane Festival also promises some visual treats in the form of an an indoor gallery of O&L's LITLORSAIDC art, done by Ryan and Garovs Vergara of Everywhere We Shoot. We're hoping it will also showcase some of the band's earlier photos.

Concert

And last, but definitely not the least, the celebration culminates with Clem, Ace, and JM rendering their "biggest hits, deep cuts and rarities." From "Just Like A Splendid Love Song" to "Ang Katulad Mong Walang Katulad," expect O&L to end Moonlane Festival with a bang.
