Along with host James Corden, RHCP grooved and played air (bass) guitar to the tune of favorites "The Zephyr Song," "Californication," "By The Way," and "Can't Stop." Vocalist Anthony Kiedis and bass player Flea even sang the first song they ever wrote together, "Heemi Lheemey." According to the latter, it was created when he and Kiedis were 15 years old, while hiking through the Sierra Nevada mountains and smoking pot.
In a hilarious turn of events, an impromptu challenge between Kiedis and Corden got underway to see who the better grappler is. The boys stopped the car in front of somebody else's lawn and wrestled right then and there.
Back inside their ride, Corden commented on how odd it was to hang with fully dressed Chili Peppers. The band is known for performing shirtless, among other things, so when it was time for "The Zephyr Song," Corden, Kiedis, and Flea fittingly went topless.
