Just a few more days, and this year's most important game, NBA 2K16 arrives on local game stores. Yes, it's still pretty much the same old 2K we've come to love with a few tweaks here and there—but guess what, we're still buying it. That's how much we love hoops and games about hoops. Mark September 29 on your calendars, folks.

Here's something to whet our appetite though: 2K Sports has revealed its player ratings for the game's 10 best players in this year's edition.

Have a look:

Last year, the list looked like this:

1) LeBron James - Cleveland Cavaliers - 98

2) Kevin Durant - Oklahoma City Thunder - 95

3) Chris Paul - Los Angeles Clippers - 91

4) Tim Duncan - San Antonio Spurs - 90

5) Carmelo Anthony - New York Knicks - 89

6) Paul George - Indiana Pacers - 89

7) Stephen Curry - Golden State Warriors - 89

8) Kobe Bryant - Los Angeles Lakers - 89

9) Blake Griffin - Los Angeles Clippers - 89

10) Kevin Love - Cleveland Cavaliers - 89

LeBron, Durant, CP3, Anthony, and Griffin's ratings slid a couple of points down; Curry, Anthony Davis, James Harden, and Russell Westbrook (he had an 88 rating in 2K15) rose; while LaMarcus Aldridge stayed steady at 88.

Do you agree with these rankings? Which player do you think rose or dipped undeservedly with their ratings?
