This month will bring football fans an epic sports-gasm: 2014 FIFA World Cup na next week, mga pre!
It's bound to be the biggest sporting spectacle of the year and, as such, it deserves a TV commercial that will make enthusiasts go crazy like prepubescent girls in a One Direction concert or dudes in our FHM 100 Sexiest Party (speaking of which, bumoto ka na ba?)!
Leave it to the guys of adidas to come up with such an ad. Titled "Leo Messi's World Cup Dream", the video stars some of the most popular stars in football today, including Lionel Messi (Barcelona/Argentina), Dani Alves (Barcelona/Brazil), and Bastian Schweinsteiger (Bayern Munich/Germany). The ad shows the training and anticipation each player is experiencing leading to the World Cup.
We're not going to spoil it for you so go on and watch it below. Seriously, it looks good:
The video was directed by City of God's Fernando Meirelles, which explains the serious air and the feeling that something big's about to go down. It also marks the official start of adidas' #allin or nothing World Cup Brazil campaign.
You might have also noticed that there are two clickable options on the screen at the very end of the video. One button is marked "all in," clicking on it will lead you to a landing page where you can follow all adidas football handles on Twitter for the latest World Cup developments.
