It all boils down to one game.

The comeback is real for the Ateneo Lady Eagles, after successfully forcing a deciding Game 3 against the DLSU Lady Spikers at the UAAP Season 78 Women's Volleyball Finals. The girls from Katipunan were down two sets to none in the second game of the championship series, but clawed their way to a dramatic 18-25, 26-28, 25-17, 25-16, 15-11 victory.

Expect an all-out war between the long-standing rivals on Saturday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum. Ateneo captain Alyssa Valdez will try to cap off her much-decorated collegiate career with a three-peat, while the Taft-based crew will exact revenge on their familiar Finals tormentors.

The Lady Eagles needed an otherworldly effort from their main woman to extend the series that initially looked like for La Salle's taking. Valdez knows that she will need more than 34 points (in Game 2) to trump their title-hungry opponents.

Which means we'll definitely see more of this matchup. #showbiz

For the ladies in green, it will be all about their vaunted defense and balanced attack. If they intend to duplicate their Game 1 demolition job (25-22, 25-22, 25-21), the Lady Spikers will need another strong start and a stronger finish to finally nab the trophy from Ateneo.

Will it be the Ateneo Lady Eagles who will be walking off all smiles, to the tune of Queen's "We Are The Champions"?

(Seriously, we miss you Maddie.)

Or will the DLSU Lady Spikers be the ones to sleep soundly once this is all over and done with?

We'll know on Saturday!
