Double UFC champion Conor McGregor and pound-for-pound boxing king Floyd Mayweather are at it again after the former reacted to a new statement issued by the latter.

In a short clip, a TMZ reporter asked McGregor to comment on Mayweather’s recent remark that he didn’t watch McGregor’s fight where he knocked out Eddie Alvarez in the second round at UFC 205 over the weekend.

As expected, McGregor wasn’t pleased by Mayweather’s antics:

Aside from saying that he didn’t watch McGregor’s fight, Mayweather said it was a “total disrespect” to compare him to the UFC champ.

This was not the first time the two contact sports superstars have dissed each other.

“They say he talk a lot of trash and people praise him for it, but when I did it, they say I'm cocky and arrogant. So biased! Like I said before, all I'm saying is this, I ain't racist at all, but I'm telling you racism still exists.”

McGregor didn’t take this sitting down and had something to say in a lengthy online post addressing Mayweather last January.

Fast forward to May, Mayweather was shown in an interview where he toyed around with the possibility of fighting McGregor in a professional bout which further fueled earlier rumors of a brewing match between the two superstars.

McGregor tweeted this the following day:

But UFC President Dana White clarified afterwards that there have been no official talks between the two fighter’s camps, dousing the fans’ hype. He did however publicly addressed Mayweather to talk to him if he wanted to challenge McGregor for real.
