Game 2, which will take place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum this Wednesday, October 8, will determine whether or not the Bulldogs are capable of extending this series. After all, this team thrives best in do-or-die situations. Either way, we can't wait!

For the meantime, however, scroll down to see our by-the-numbers recap of yesterday's game!

The number of turnovers recorded by FEU's Mike Tolomia, which had a lot to do with the ass-kicking his team received early in the game. To his credit, he made up for his errors by tallying 15 points, six rebounds, and three assists.

The lead the Bulldogs had on the Tamaraws at one point in the game. However, thanks to a scoring outburst from Tolomia and Raymar Jose, FEU managed to slice the deficit to three points by the end of the first half.

The number of points scored by the Tamaraws in the third quarter, which explains why they finished the period with a 10-point lead. In comparison, the Bulldogs were only able to score 12 points.

The number of rebounds collected by FEU's starting point guard, Achie Iñigo, in the game. Why is this a big deal? At a mere 5"9', he happens to be one of the smallest players on the court. And if that's not enough, he also outscored all but four players with 12 points.

The number of points scored by the Tamaraws' RR Pogoy in the third quarter. You know things are going your way when you make three consecutive baskets in a single quarter, one of which is a fastbreak reverse dipsy-doo lay-up on the league's top shot blocker in NU's Alfred Aroga.
