After winning his previous (and oh-so-boring) fight against Andre Berto last September 13, boxing’s pound-for-pound king, Floyd Mayweather Jr., officially announced his retirement. Money May walked away from the sport with an unblemished record of 49 wins and zero losses—an exact copy of boxing legend Rocky Marciano’s mythical slate.

He ran fought as a pro for 19 years in five different weight classes (Super Featherweight, Lightweight, Light Welterweight, Welterweight, and Light Middleweight), and reigned supreme in every division.  

And, as if reminding us all of how talented he was and how may championship belts he had collected, he happily posted this photo on his Instagram account, @floydmayweather, to help us remember:

You can see all of the 23 championship belts Floyd had amassed during his boxing career. His impressive collection includes World Boxing Council titles in all five weight classes he fought under.

He also won the World Boxing Association’s Welterweight and Light Middleweight titles, as well as the less-popular International Boxing Federation and International Boxing Organization’s Welterweight titles.

Love him or hate him, there's no arguing the fact that Money May's skills are legendary.

His humility (or lack thereof) is another story, though...
