It might seem like a stretch at this point but don’t forget that the same thing happened before Pacquiao’s megabout with Mayweather, which was unfortunately a letdown.
It’s a good thing though that both fighters have previously expressed their willingness to face each other. If indeed it happens, the 38-year-old Pacquiao’s speed and experience will be pitted against a 29-year-old McGregor’s prime and endurance.
