It seems that an basketball player's competitiveness extends from the court to the digital arena.

The individual ratings for NBA 2K18, which is slated for a September 19 release, have been revealed, and the developers personally informed the sport's biggest names how they were evaluated in the video game.

Safe to say, superstars were expecting higher grades. Well, that's some added motivation next season!

Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers)

Rating: 86

At  least he knows what went wrong with 'The Process':

Paul George (Oklahoma City Thunder)

Rating: 91

It would be interesting to see how playing with Russell Westbrook affects that number.

Kyrie Irving (Cleveland Cavaliers)

Rating: 90

The cover athlete must transform into a two-way player if he wishes to level up.

DeMar DeRozan (Toronto Raptors)

Rating: 89

He looked like a 90+ during the regular season. Then the playoffs came.

Devin Booker (Phoenix Suns)

Rating: 86

Not bad for an incoming third-year player. Another 70-point game and he'll surpass 90.

Karl Anthony Towns (Minnesota Timberwolves)

Rating: 91

Same as PG, will new teammate Jimmy Butler elevate or hurt his game?
