The NBA has recently been all about the off-court drama and a handful of brawls, with the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers naturally still being the center of it all.

On one hand, Steph Curry and the Warriors have remained to be the favored team to go to the Finals with their outstanding performance. Meanwhile, LeBron James and his Cavs squad’s struggles are starting to become more apparent as the playoffs draw closer.

Aside from these, there’s also a couple of interesting developments happening on the side with teams like the Celtics, Spurs, and Bucks. Check them out below:

Gordon Hayward is back! (sort of)

The Big G’s rehab appears to be in full throttle after he suffered from that horrible injury which sidelined him at the start of the season. Do the San Antonio Spurs have an issue with Kawhi Leonard?

The Spurs forward has been in and out of the court this season due to various injuries plaguing the two-time Defensive Player of the Year. This has led to some reports stating that there’s been a brewing issue between Kawhi and the San Antonio franchise over his frustrating rehab process.

However, this supposed rift was denied by Spurs general manager RC Buford, though he did admit that the whole thing has somewhat been difficult for everyone involved. “It’s been difficult for Kawhi. He's an elite-level player. It's been difficult for the team, because they want to play with a great teammate. And it's been difficult for our staff. Historically we've been able to successfully manage injuries. This rehab hasn't been simple, and it hasn't gone in a linear fashion,” Buford told ESPN.

After three years with the team, the Bucks have finally decided to let go of Coach Kidd. This is sad news indeed especially since the players have steadily developed ties with the former NBA champ during his stay there. One of these players was “Greek Freak” Giannis Antetokounmpo who apparently called Kidd 15 minutes before the booting to ask him how he could possibly help stop the sudden decision.
