And, just like that, PBA Finals na naman!

Last night, the San Mig Coffee Mixers bamboozled the Air21 Express in Game Five of their semifinals match-up, 99-83, winning the series 3-2. The reward: a Finals date with the undefeated red-hot scoring juggernaut that is the Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters!

You see, San Mig Coffee defeated Talk ‘N Text in the quarterfinals last conference, 2-1, ending the latter’s quest for a historic fourth-straight All-Filipino Cup crown. Ouch!

On the other hand, San Mig Coffee is also looking to make history. A series win will give them three consecutive championships since last year’s Governor’s Cup. Now, we all expect fireworks, but for this series to be truly memorable, several ball-tastic things need to happen! We list them all down for you below!

For the uninitiated, let us introduce you to Justin Melton:

“P$%@! Ang bangis!” Yes, indeed. Standing just five-foot-nine, J-Melt’s our version of Spud Webb and Nate Robinson: a short jumping dynamo that has crazy hops. He won the recent PBA Slam Dunk contest and he’s been slamming it home in games. When he pulls one off in the Finals, expect the Smart Araneta or MOA Arena to go bananas.
