The rumors about Ronda “Rowdy” Rousey quitting the world of mixed martial arts were apparently true, at least according to Dana White.

The UFC President has recently been quoted as saying that the Octagon’s former most dominant fighter was finally calling it quits after being inactive for over a year.

“She won’t fight again... I love that woman. We have an amazing relationship. What she’s done for the sport and for this company, created millions of female fans around the world. Ronda can do whatever the hell she wants to do,” he said.

White also previously said that he wasn’t a big fan of a Ronda Rousey comeback since he claims that the fallen superstar is now happy with having what he likes to call a “personal life” away from the limelight.

Ronda hasn’t fought since her 48-second KO loss to women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes back in December 2016. This was her second consecutive loss in her otherwise stellar 12-win record that catapulted her to become the female face of MMA during the height of her career.

Since then, she got married to fellow cage fighter Travis Browne.

But it’s not yet over for Ronda fans since she is rumored to join the world of professional wrestling soon. WWE executive Paul Levesque, more popularly known as Triple H, also has a two-word answer to these rumors: “stay tuned.”
