Hella excited to have Jason Williams play his brand of hoops right in our peripherals! The iconic NBA point guard, who recently retired from the game, will be making a Manila detour alongside Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, and Horace Grant for the PLDT All Star Basketball Challenge, happening tomorrow, Wednesday, July 18, 7pm at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
A little backgrounder on the streetball legend known as "White Chocolate": drafted seventh overall by the Sacramento Kings in the 1998 NBA Draft, Williams' circus passes and streetball-style crossover dribbles all while sporting a skinny white kid aura has earned him regard within the league. Having played for four different teams in a span of 12 seasons, he would eventually win a championship ring during Miami's first title run in 2006.
All white boy wants to do now is prove that he's still got the skillz, even at 36. And he'll be more than happy to showcase it all in front of a sizeable Filipino crowd. For the meantime however, a video compilation featuring the finest plays coming from J-Dub himself, Jason Williams. We will not be expecting any less tomorrow night!

Williams carried in a lot of hype as a rookie, even more so when he was selected to play in the Rookie-Sophomore game in the 2000 NBA All-Star Weekend. What he ended up doing became the most ridiculous play we've ever seen, coming straight out of a Harlem Globetrotter segment.
