It's over, FHM brothers, the #FightOf The Century is now in the books, with the gods of boxing favoring the now-unified welterweight and undisputed pound-for-pound champion, Floyd Mayweather Jr. Money moves to to 48-0 as the winner via a unanimous decision over Manny Pacquiao.
Yeah, we know, it sucks.
Cleary, Money May's elite defense (and superb hugging skills) won him the fight. He also effectively nailed the PacMan with his accurate counter-punching and lead jabs. Manny didn't roll over though; he certainly had some moments during the match but Mayweather's defensive wizardry and hit-and-run/let-me-hug-you-like-I-love-you strategy proved too much for our Pambansang Kamao.
As expected with a fight of this magnitude, social media exploded. Spectators watching it live at the MGM Grand Casino or on pay-per-view took to Twitter and conveyed their thoughts about the Mayweather-Pacquiao hug-a-thon, este, boxing match.

Well, the HOF-er has a point:

These may be the only One Direction lyrics we'll ever approve of:
Mayweather has one fight left. This fellow right here might get that slot. #StylesMakeFights
Seems like all that hugging reminded comedian/rapper Donald Glover of his not-so-happy childhood. Everything's going to be okay, bro!
Mayweather has hugged Manny more times than my dad has hugged me my whole life— childish gambino (@DonaldGloverrr) May 3, 2015
We hope that cheers you up, our sulking boxing bros.
